Butcher's Tears
Amsterdams Butcher's Tears Brewery comes from the need for more diverse, better beer. Continuing and reinterpreting Europe rich brewing cultures while crafting singular beers with a sense of belonging. Scandinavian country beers, Burton Pale Ales, London Stouts, modern Farmhouse Ales, southern-german Kellerbiers and more, all fermented in open fermentation vessels with our unique house cultures.
The current situation hits us hard as a local brewery with two own bars. To alleviate the pain, we're now bringing any of our own favourite beers and fresh produce of our friends directly to you. Available in our regular kiosk at the brewery and through the webshop!
